If I choose several profiles that include the same analyses, will the costs remain the same for all profiles?

No, if multiple profiles contain the same analysis, it is usually only performed once, reducing the overall costs.

Are the costs covered by health insurance?

In general, the costs for the tests are to be borne by the individual. However, there are situations where some tests may be covered by health insurance, provided they have been prescribed by your doctor. It is important to note that not all tests are potentially reimbursable by health insurance. We recommend that you check in advance with your health insurance and obtain a medical prescription if you consider reimbursement.

What payment options do I have on site?

Through our Payrexx platform, you have the option to pay with Mastercard, Visa, Samsung Pay or Twint.

Is it possible to test several profiles at the same time?

Yes, we offer the possibility to test several profiles simultaneously to efficiently meet your needs. This can save you time and resources and allows for comprehensive health monitoring. Please contact our specialist team to discuss the best options for your requirements.

How long does it usually take to receive my results?

The time it takes to provide results can vary depending on the type of test performed. We do everything we can to get your report to you as quickly as possible. Typically, you will receive your results within a maximum of 3 to 4 weeks from the day of the test. We always strive for a speedy process so that you can quickly get clarity about your health status. For some tests, such as those in the category Sexually Transmitted Diseases, you will receive your results within 2 to 3 days. However, certain specialized tests like the gut microbiome evaluation may take a bit longer, about 3 to 4 weeks.
