We offer the full spectrum of gynecological cytology services:
- Cervical smears (exocervix and endocervix)
- Vaginal and vulvar smears
- ThinPrep® Pap Test with digital evaluation
- Conventional smears

Additional Molecular Analyses (PCR)
Performed and billed by LabPoint Microbiology, from ThinPrep® vials or E-swabs:
- HPV detection and genotyping (low-risk and high-risk)
- Individual detection of Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma, Herpes simplex virus 1/2
- STI panel by multiplex PCR (C. trachomatis, N. gonorrhoeae, T. vaginalis, Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma)

Diagnostics
Evaluation according to the Bethesda System
(Reference: SGGG Expert Letter No. 50)

Service & Turnaround Times
- Reports available in German, French, Italian, and English
- Negative smears: 48–72 hours after sample receipt
- ThinPrep® vials are stored for 30 days (Additional PCR analyses may be requested during this period)
